Our Story

Hi, It's Steven and Dylan Fontaine otherwise known as the '@FontaineBrothers' if you've been following our journey. We wanted to get into property in 2019 but we didn't have much money. We used a low money down strategy to get started (the Rent To Rent HMO strategy). In 2020 we had a few cash flowing HMOs in our portfolio. Fast forward to 2022. we are buying house for the BRR model, flips and have 45 cash flowing rent to rent deals. Throughout our whole journey we documented everything online, from getting our first deals from scratch to the projects we do now. We have shown the good, the bad, the mistakes and all the lessons we learnt on the way. We have had so many people asking us to make courses or some form of training that we decided to make a training company with a difference. Instead of charging ridiculous prices and trying to get rich...we have decided to team up with the leading experts in every strategy and make property education affordable for anyone in the UK.

We are not worried about making money out of this. we believe if we can make a product better than anyone else with more detail and resources for a much more affordable price, we will make such a huge difference to people's lives that the money will come naturally.
